Dr. Ratnakar Mehendre, Co-founder of Shuban Pharmaceuticals is a scientist par excellence having more than 20 years of industrial experience. He received his Ph.D. from the reputed pharmacy institute, The Bombay College of Pharmacy, and is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

He has successfully led and worked on scientific projects for pharmaceutical corporations like Hoechst, Rhone Poulenc (now Sanofi Aventis), Ciba Geigy (now Novartis), GSK, and Alkem and published numerous research papers. He has expertise in formulation development and Bioavailability and Bioequivalence research. He has more than 20 research publications and granted patents. He has successfully led business development and research operations in Sweden, the USA, Switzerland, China, and Russia.

Since 2007, Shuban Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd is a pharmaceutical company engaged in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of quality pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals covering all dosage forms. We have our R&D set up and affiliated contract sites for the development and manufacturing of products.

We produce a comprehensive range of specialty products targeting different therapeutic segments for the treatment of patients, customized to each market we are present in. Emerging, ROW, Ukraine, Russia, Europe, CIS, etc. are the major contributors to our business where we are present with our client support and own marketing.
